Overall, 99% of customers rated DataXoom as Excellent or Above Average for Customer Satisfaction, Responsiveness of the DataXoom Help Desk, and Knowledge of DataXoom Services, according to the 2019 DataXoom Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in February.

Summary of 2019 Survey Results:

    • View data usage for all devices on multiple carriers on one bill
    • View all subscriber information and usage on one bill
    • View detailed billing information
    • Create custom accounting reports
